of high quality network support. We understand the technology
and we understand that you want your staff focussed on their
core function. Protronics' outsourced support should change
IT from being an aggravating distraction to being a vital tool
that helps drive your business forwards.
While we do not undertake all the work required ourselves -
for example, we consider both hardware maintenance and cabling
to require quite different skills from those we provide - we
will undertake to manage all of the different elements of IT
on your behalf. We will own problems for you, and, within reason,
will do whatever it takes to resolve them.
We offer a variety of outsourcing arrangements, so that we can
tailor them to your needs. These range from providing backup
support to internal personnel, to taking full responsibility
