We offer fast, competent and friendly support for Microsoft based servers in London and surrounding counties.

Our engineers are Microsoft and Cisco qualified, graduates from good universities, and experienced.  They are focussed on solving problems, but understand the need to get your servers running in whichever way minimises disruption to your business.

Immodest of us to claim we're good, so to to allow you to decide whether we're people you want to work with, your first server support incident will be free (conditions apply).  Please just ask when you speak to our network team leader.

We provide both remote and on-site server support.  Remote support is usually quickest, and we have tools that will normally allow us to connect to your server within 5 minutes of your first contact with us.

The servers we support include Microsoft Windows Server 2000 through to Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2000 through to 2008, Exchange Server 2000 through to 2008, IIS and Hyper-V.

We don't normally fix hardware failures, as our existing clients typically have manufacturer warranties.  We see every problem through, however, so can advise on and manage the process if a problem proves to need a hardware fix.
