Billsys and Customer Entry are primary facets of Protronics' complete solution for UK and European switchless resellers.

It is suited to switchless resellers with a turnover of 5 to 100 million euros and supports calls, line rental, other recurring charge services such as DSL line provision, and recharge of pre-rated services such as mobile and conferencing.
The software architecture is open and extensible. Mainstream Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Visual Basic, VB.Net and SQL Server are used throughout. It integrates with Sage Line 100 and Exact, but Protronics will support other accounts software on request.
Software licences start from £250 000+VAT. Support is 15% of licence cost per annum. Installation, customisation and other services are additional.
