Network Support
Our engineers understand that network problems are often frustrating for the caller as well as disruptive to the organisation. So they provide updates on progress in terms which are adjusted to the priorities, interest and IT knowledge of the caller.
Response is rapid. You will normally speak to a competent engineer straight away, and we typically have “remote access” so it is as if our engineer is standing at your side looking at your computer or other parts of your IT infrastructure within moments of the call starting. This means we're able to offer rapid, expert but great value network support country wide from our London and Oxford offices.
We don’t just react, we anticipate. Monitoring of critical aspects of your network gives us early warning of problems so that we can nip them in the bud. It also allows us to track changes in use, shedding light on and so helping you plan for future demands on your IT infrastructure.
Oh, and we do the boring bits. Routine checks that help keep your network healthy and secure, keeping documentation up to date, and administration of warranties and other recurring services. Not much fun for us, but vital for responsible management of your IT resources.
We provide support for all things Microsoft and Cisco and pretty much anything that’s typically found in organisations of 5 to 100 staff (click here for more.)
Both fixed priced-fixed term and pay as you go-no commitment support contracts are available.
Please email or call us and ask for our network team leader who is responsible for and active in network support.
