Actually we think good sales people are great. They have much stronger skills than us in areas such as brokering relationships, clinching agreements and carrying the case for particular projects and solutions.
However whenever you talk to Protronics you know that the person you’re talking to will be involved in delivering what they are promising to you. And that they know they’ll be working for and with you for months and years to come.
Protronics people have a finance, process, analytical or engineering background. So we are open, say no to projects if we can’t handle them, and we challenge projects where risk, cost and benefits don’t appear to add up. While commercially frustrating in the short term, Protronics’ real interest lies in the long term success of our clients.
